Can’t sing their praises high enough. Neil was very helpful and took the time to help with choosing the right sized lockup to suit my needs. The place itself is very clean and well maintained, and well run by friendly staff.

We went and signed up at Atrium today. The faculty was very modern, clean and organized but what really stood out was the customer service. Neil was welcoming, friendly, very informative and professional. Every successful business needs a Neil.

Neil and mark were very helpful, very patient and explained everything clearly. I found them very approachable and understanding of my storage requirements. The lockups are very secure and I can access my storage unit when I need to and I feel that it is value for money.

Looking for a secure room in a professionally run site with excellent secure access 24/7 then I would not hesitate to recommend Atrium. The site has excellent CCTV monitored coverage, it provides pallet forks and sack barrows with 500kg lifts to upper floor.

We had storage unit for approximately 8 weeks to help us with our house move. What a fab idea that was! Took all the stress out of moving day! Neil at Atrium was excellent - from our initial contact, he was very accommodating & supported us throughout our contract.

We used Atrium to store our belongings when moving and renovating our new home. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The security and 24hr access was really beneficial when getting completing on our house sale so late in the day. Neil was incredible.

Moving from London we required a remote move in, Neil was incredibly helpful. Made himself available to show my brother how to access the facility to support the move. He then also supported me over the phone with all my questions.

Great location just off the M18 J1. The unit is safe, secure and clean, with free use of the lifts, sack barrows and pallet trollies to help you unload. While not the cheapest we found we had a good feeling about leaving our things here. After all people buy from people and Neil was great. He took the time to explain everything to us, show us several units and tried to match us with something suitable, which he did. Would highly recommend this place if you need storage.

The customer service is top notch, actually felt personal and friendly rather than the usual sale tactics that other storage units we looked at used. Neil was the loveliest guy and was very accommodating to our needs, took the time to show us around so that we could pick out the right unit and did everything possible to get us in the best suited unit. Really quick to respond to any queries and reasonably priced.

First time I’ve used a storage facility. I met Neil who was really helpful, he showed me some different sized units, explained everything to me and went through all the fine detail. Units are very reasonably priced and totally secure. The facility is has cameras everywhere which gives great peace of mind, easy access 24hrs a day 365 days a year. Excellent facility I would definitely recommend.
